2. Right of Withdrawal

Customers who purchase products through the website have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the product is delivered.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Ted&Co of their decision to return the product within the fourteen-day withdrawal period. Notification may be sent by email to hello@tedco.ai.

The returned product must be shipped back to Ted&Co within a reasonable time following the withdrawal request and according to the return instructions provided by Ted&Co.


3. Return Shipping

Ted&Co covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns made within the withdrawal period. Once a return request has been approved, Ted&Co will provide instructions for returning the product.

Customers must follow the return instructions provided by Ted&Co to ensure that the return shipment is properly processed.


4. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be returned in good condition and must not be damaged. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is packaged carefully to prevent damage during return transport.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

In such cases, Ted&Co may request photographs or additional information in order to evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Ted&Co may repair or replace the product or provide a refund in accordance with the applicable warranty.


7. Limited Production Batches

Certain Ted&Co products may be produced in limited batches. The first production batch of Ted, Smart Teddy is limited to three hundred (300) units.

While the right of withdrawal remains applicable under this policy, product availability for replacements may be limited if the production batch is sold out.


8. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by Ted&Co. Ted&Co reserves the right to verify that returned products correspond to the original order before issuing a refund.

If the refund is issued to the original payment method, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account depends on the policies of the payment provider.


9. Abuse of the Return Policy

Ted&Co reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of abuse of this policy, including repeated returns or evidence of misuse of the product.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
