What is Ted?
Ted is an interactive plush teddy bear that allows children to have real conversations using their voice.
Children can ask questions, tell stories, learn new things, or simply chat with their teddy companion. Ted responds instantly through its built-in speaker using AI-powered voice interaction.
What age is Ted designed for?
Ted is designed for children aged 3 and older.
Because the toy contains electronic components and a rechargeable battery, initial setup and charging must be done by an adult.
Does Ted require a subscription?
No. Ted does not require any subscription.
When you purchase Ted, everything needed for normal use is already included. Your child can talk with Ted, ask questions, and interact with the teddy without paying any monthly fee.
We believe parents should own the product they buy, which is why Ted is designed to work without recurring subscriptions or hidden costs.
Does Ted have a camera?
No. Ted does not include a camera.
The toy interacts only through a microphone and speaker for voice conversations.
How does my child talk to Ted?
Ted supports two conversation modes:
Push-to-Talk
Your child presses the button before speaking.
Auto-Listening
Ted can listen automatically and respond when a child starts speaking.
Parents can choose the preferred mode in the Ted&Co app.
Do I need an app to use Ted?
Yes.
During the first setup, parents install the Ted&Co parental control app to connect the teddy to Wi-Fi and configure settings such as language, volume, and interaction preferences.
Once setup is complete, children can interact with Ted normally.
The app is available both on Play Store and Apple Store.
Is Ted multilingual ?
Ted supports more than 60 languages. It can understand and respond naturally in the language spoken by the child, adapting its replies accordingly. This allows families to use Ted in multilingual environments or in their native language.

Does Ted need Wi-Fi?
Yes.
Ted connects to a home Wi-Fi network in order to generate responses during conversations.
The Wi-Fi connection is configured once during the setup process through the mobile app.
How long does the battery last?
Ted runs on a rechargeable battery.
Typical performance:
- Battery life: about 4–6 hours of interaction
- Charging time: about 2 hours
- Charging port: USB-C
